WHAT IS SHOP FOR GOOD?

We are so excited to partner with THE KINDNESS CAMPAIGN for the first-ever SHOP FOR GOOD during Austin Fashion Week 2019!

Replacing SOIREES from past years, Shop For Good is a city-wide promotion where YOU do what you love — SHOP! — all while knowing that a portion of every sale is being donated to The Kindness Campaign.

HOW DO I PARTICIPATE?

If you’re a retailer, salon, spa — heck, any business that just wants to DO GOOD — we’d love to have you!

There are no fees to participate. All you have to agree to is to donate to The Kindness Campaign based on sales made between February 15 and February 24, 2019.

How much do you donate? We’re being flexible here, but what we’d like is the following:

  • 10% of all sales made during that timeframe OR
  • AT LEAST 10% of sales during an event or promotion you host between February 15 and 24, 2019

What do you get out of it other than that warm squishy feeling when you write a check based on your sales? You get all this:

  • Profile page including text and images on Austin.FashionX.co as a participant during Shop For Good.
  • Your profile page will highlight how you’re planning to participate and what donation you’re providing to The Kindness Campaign. We’ll post any events or promotions you’ll be running during Shop For Good.
  • Listing in 10,000 Shop For Good booklets that will be distributed throughout Austin promoting Shop For Good and all of the participants.
  • We’ll give your store booklets to give to customers, a window cling and posters to help you promote Shop For Good.
